If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns. The following terms apply to any items you purchase from us.
1. Eligibility
To qualify for an exchange or refund, the product must be in its original, undamaged condition as received.
Please Note: Each order is eligible for only one post-purchase action (exchange OR return).
- Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of the original purchase date.
- The original packaging must remain intact and free from defects.
- Items with any damage or alterations to the packaging will not be accepted for return or exchange.
2. Return and Exchange Procedure
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at wicksndmore@outlook.com within the specified timeframe.
- Provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return or exchange.
- Our team will guide you through the return shipping process and provide further instructions.
Please Note: Items purchased using a discount code or items on sale are not eligible for a refund.
3. Fees
A return or exchange fee of 100 EGP applies to all transactions. This fee covers processing and handling costs associated with the return or exchange process.
4. Refund Process
Refunds will be processed through Instapay within 10-15 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned items.
Please Note: Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
